## Regulamin

To niezależna kopia, a nie oficjalny rejestr. Do celów formalnych korzystaj z RPWDL i z zaświadczenia wydawanego przez urząd wojewódzki.

Serwis udziela informacji, a nie porady prawnej ani medycznej. Dane są
kopią pliku publikowanego przez Ministerstwo Zdrowia ze stanem na 2025-11-06.

⚠️ **To kopia, nie podgląd na żywo.** Rejestr jest aktualizowany **codziennie**; nasz plik ma stan na **2025-11-06**. Wpis można wykreślić albo zawiesić w każdy dzień — przed czynnością prawną sprawdź w RPWDL.

Nie podszywamy się pod urząd i nie jesteśmy z nim powiązani. Do celów
formalnych korzystaj z oficjalnego rejestru i z zaświadczenia wydanego przez
urząd wojewódzki.

które podajemy na każdej stronie. To, co dodajemy my (rozłożenie na komórki,

This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.

The dataset page on dane.gov.pl declares CC BY 4.0 with a daily update frequency, so the source is named on every page of this site and in every machine-readable file. ⚠️ WHY THIS SITE EXISTS. No healthcare activity is lawful in Poland without an entry in the RPWDL, and the entry carries a twelve-digit numer księgi rejestrowej. The number is required in applications to the National Health Fund (NFZ) and in public tenders; the official certificate is issued on request by the voivodeship office. The free lookup exists — and publishes no pages: rpwdl.ezdrowie.gov.pl returns the same 1,314-byte page for its root, for /robots.txt and for /sitemap.xml, because it is a single-page application. Measured 29 August 2026. No registry-book number has a page anywhere on the open web. ⚠️ AND TWO FIELDS ARE NEVER READ. The source carries Telefon and Email on the entity, on each establishment and on each of the 308,000 organisational cells — encountered 28,381 and 28,242 times. They are not loaded into our database at all: not filtered at display, simply never read, because a field absent from the database cannot leak by inattention. Republishing them would manufacture a cold-calling list that the source makes searchable nowhere. ⚠️ AND THE STREET IS NOT ON INDEXABLE PAGES. 11,088 of 28,700 entities (38.6%) are sole proprietorships and 7.3% of the labels are a bare personal name; some of them work from home. Pages stop at the locality; the full address appears only on the entity card, rendered from the URL fragment, which has no URL of its own. — Terms read on 2026-08-29, terms |
